Arrival & Setup + Parking

Participants may arrive as early as (2) hours before the event start time and we ask you to be ready to begin (30) minutes prior to start time. Please do not tear down your booth until the end.

Impactful weather + safety

Our staff will call any weather events at 7:00am on the day of the event. Stay tuned to our social media + website for updates. Shelter is available should a sudden weather or safety concern arise during our planned event. We do not have a rain date.

Food & Beverage Requirements

Food and beverage participants must comply with all state and local regulations enforced by the SC Department of Health and/or the SC Department of Agriculture while on-site. If you require special accommodations, let us know.

Revenue & Tax

You are responsible for sales & use tax for revenue earned from sales during our event. Refer to SC DOR Sales + Use Manual and City of Greenville Hospitality Tax division for more information.

Marketing & Promotions

Help us to connect our event to a wider audience by promoting us on social media and with your branded audience. We offer printable posters and other marketing materials on our website at www.promote.pridefest.info

How to connect with our audience?

QR code newsletter sign ups, activities, logo or branded merch giveaways, social media exposure, and team influence are great ways to connect with our audience during the event.
